We are looking for a passionate content creator to join the growing Performance and Social team, producing and editing a high volume of social-first video and imagery across the  portfolio of our client who    is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business.

Our client works with a range of clients of all sizes and from all sectors, many of them household  names, from beauty clients to high-street food and beverage chains.


  • The ideal candidate will be a digital native, immersed in online culture and with a love for online content.
  • They will be able to create social-first content, primarily for Instagram and TikTok, though ideally, they will be platform-agnostic. Their work could be video-led content with an authentic UGC style, or a designed post for reactive content such as memes or trend-jacking.
  • They will approach briefs from a social-first perspective to create a range of assets, including static, animated and video posts. Our client's extensive studio offer can support high-level content creation.
  • They will have input into and vision of content strategy for their clients, while educating the business on social content creation and keeping them updated with future trends.
  • The team's self-shooting producer, they will direct video editors on adapting cutdowns for social media, and their understanding of social platform analytics means they will create engaging content and templates.
  • On the pulse with new platforms and updates and how they can leverage these for their clients, they will be happy to be a thought leader for the agency.

Essential skills:

  • At least two years experience in creating and editing social content, primarily video, for a range of social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and Facebook
  • Experience with Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop and CapCut
  • A deep understanding of online culture, publishing trends and best practice
  • Organisational skills to manage their work and provide maximum return for clients
  • Experience working with brands from a range of sectors, or managing the output of a range of content creators
  • Experience in shooting content with a smartphone or a DSLR
  • Ability to create UGC-led content with minimal studio and lighting setup
  • A creative eye for how transitions and shooting styles can be combined in-app to create compelling output
  • Ability to turn around social-first content quickly so clients can join trending conversations
  • Understanding of how to work with brand guidelines and tone of voice, aligned with a willingness to push to ensure content is social-first
  • Accuracy in subtitling and adding copy to video content
