ON-DEMAND PEOPLE are recruiting for an Administrator to join our well-respected client's office team. This temporary assignment requires full attendance for the entire 6-week duration, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To be competent in answering the telephones and directing the caller to the correct department.
  • To match Job Cards to corresponding envelopes.
  • To collate hours off the displayed Job on screen to the physical Job Card.
  • To produce a Preliminary Sheet, ensure all costings are checked and correct.
  • To produce a daily spreadsheet of said costings and email it to the MD and Office Manager.
  • To continue an established Excel Spreadsheet of Purchase Delivery Notes and report daily to the MD and Office Manager via email.
  • To print out Purchase Invoices and match said Invoices to Delivery Notes and report matched invoices via email to MD and Office Manager.

  • Day shift from 09:00 - 16:30

Rate of Pay: from £13.68/hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
